APSRTC Tickets Now Bookable via Google Maps

Commuters in Andhra Pradesh can soon book APSRTC bus tickets directly through Google Maps. The state-run transport service has fully integrated with the platform, offering a simpler way to plan intercity travel.

The integration is part of Google Maps’ latest update, which also brings AI-based navigation, EV charging station info, improved traffic alerts, and local expert recommendations.

Once live, users searching for intercity routes will see all APSRTC buses, including AC, Super Luxury, and Deluxe services. They can check departure times, travel durations, and service types. Selecting a bus will redirect users to the APSRTC website to complete bookings and payments.

A trial on the Vijayawada-Hyderabad route three months ago ran smoothly, with passengers appreciating the convenience. APSRTC confirmed that the feature will be extended to all state routes by next week.

“This integration will make planning bus travel across Andhra Pradesh much easier,” said an APSRTC spokesperson. Google added that combining real-time navigation with ticketing is a step toward smarter, more seamless travel.

With this update, APSRTC passengers can enjoy faster, more convenient travel planning, all from Google Maps.
