CREDAI Property Expo Opens in Tirupati
The three-day CREDAI Tirupati Property Expo 2026 got underway at Sree Convention Centre in Tirupati on Friday, bringing together leading real estate developers, financial institutions and building material suppliers under one roof to showcase a wide range of housing options for prospective buyers.
Tirupati MLA Arani Srinivasulu inaugurated the property expo in the presence of Nagari MLA Gali Bhanu Prakash, TTD Board member G. Bhanu Prakash Reddy, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh chairman B. Srinivas, CREDAI Tirupati chairman K. Gopinath, and CREDAI Tirupati president M. Rama Prasad Rao.
The expo features more than 2,000 residential properties, including apartments, independent houses and villas, priced between ₹40 lakh and ₹4 crore. Visitors can explore projects from multiple developers, compare housing options across different price segments, and receive home loan guidance from leading banks and financial institutions participating in the event.
Speaking to The Coastal Times, CREDAI Tirupati president M. Rama Prasad Rao said the expo has 56 stalls, including those of around 20 real estate developers, six banks, and several building material suppliers. He said the event provides a common platform for homebuyers to interact directly with developers, compare projects, and obtain information on financing options.
Mr. Rama Prasad Rao said around 700 to 800 people visited the expo on the opening day. The organisers expect nearly 4,000 visitors over the three-day event and are hopeful of facilitating around 300 property bookings before the expo concludes on Sunday.
The organisers said the exhibition aims to boost homebuyers’ confidence by providing access to verified real estate projects and transparent information on pricing, amenities, and financing options at a single venue.
