ACA Set for India–South Africa ODI in Vizag
The Andhra Cricket Association is gearing up for the One Day International between India and South Africa at the Dr. YSR ACA VDCA International Cricket Stadium on December 6. Officials said preparations are in full swing, with meetings held to review facilities and crowd management.
Ticket sales will begin on November 28 through the District (By Zomato) app. Around 22,000 tickets are being released. Prices start at Rs 1,200 and go up to Rs 4,000 depending on the stand. Hospitality and semi-hospitality tickets range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 18,000.
ACA president Kesineni Sivanath said hosting the match is a proud moment for the association. He added that ACA is focused on providing a smooth experience for spectators through enhanced facilities and services. He invited fans from across the country to be part of what he called a memorable contest. The teams will arrive in the city on December 4 and train the following day.
ACA secretary Sana Sathish Babu said teams are working around the clock to ensure readiness of the pitch, stadium, security arrangements, and hospitality services.
India and South Africa are scheduled to play three ODIs. The first two will be held in Ranchi and Raipur on November 30 and December 3, before the series moves to Visakhapatnam.
