AP Chambers hails release of Rs 1,500 crore industrial incentives

The Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation (AP Chambers) has welcomed Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu’s announcement on releasing the first instalment of Rs 1,500 crore in pending industrial incentives.

The move will provide relief to industries across the state. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) struggling with liquidity constraints stand to benefit the most.

P. Bhaskara Rao, President of AP Chambers, called the decision a timely intervention. “This will help industries revive operations, clear pending obligations, and sustain growth,” he said. He added that the Chamber has been actively engaging with the government on this issue.

The Chamber urged the government to release a second instalment ahead of the Global Business Summit on November 14. Such support, it said, would further stimulate industry, encourage expansion, and boost investor confidence.

Mr. Rao highlighted the industry-friendly environment under Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership. “Entrepreneurs are showing renewed optimism. Domestic and international investors are keen to invest, expand, and diversify in Andhra Pradesh,” he said.

He expressed confidence that the state is moving toward becoming one of India’s most industrially developed regions. “The foundations for sustainable economic growth are strong,” he added.
