Eco-friendly Bamboo Homestay Opens at Adali View Point

District Collector Dr. N. Prabhakar Reddy on Tuesday inaugurated an eco-friendly bamboo homestay at Adali View Point in Seethampeta. The facility has been developed to promote tourism in the region.

The Collector said the homestay was built entirely using bamboo. It aims to give tourists a close-to-nature experience while protecting the environment. He described the project as a simple and innovative initiative that offers a pleasant stay for visitors.

With the number of tourists to Adali View Point increasing, accommodation facilities have been created to meet the demand. A fully equipped cottage has been made available for visitors who wish to stay overnight.

Dr. Prabhakar Reddy said the homestay project would provide employment opportunities for local tribal youth and women. He added that this would help strengthen the local economy.

The Collector said the scenic location, surrounded by hills and greenery, would attract more tourists in the future. He assured that additional facilities and adventure activities would be introduced in phases.

He directed officials to maintain proper standards in managing the homestays and to ensure that tourists do not face any inconvenience. He also appealed to tourists and staff to help develop Adali View Point as a plastic-free zone.

Seethampeta ITDA Project Officer Pawar Swapnil Jagannath, ITDA engineering officials, local public representatives, villagers, and homestay operators were present at the inauguration.
