Pawan Kalyan Unveils “Trishul Program” to Develop Ethical Leaders and Strengthen Jana Sena’s Ideology

Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan announced the launch of “Trishul Program” aimed at creating ethical leaders from grassroots level, during a public meeting held at Indira Priyadarshini Municipal Stadium in Visakhapatnam.

Speaking at the program, Pawan Kalyan said that “Janasena is a journey of resilience and redemption” and emphasized that “Janasainikas are the real heroes, time and patience are real heroes” as he addressed thousands of party workers and supporters.

Pawan Kalyan stressed that Jana Sena stands apart as an idealistic party not created for any particular religion or caste, but built on strong ideologies. He emphasized the importance of combining ideology with practical politics, stating, “Ideology should be there along with practicality.”

Looking ahead, Pawan Kalyan expressed his vision of Janasena becoming a national party, contingent on collective effort and commitment beyond personal positions and monetary gains.

The rally marked Pawan Kalyan’s return to the same stadium after nearly 15 years. His last meeting at the venue was in 2011, just after establishing the party, making this gathering particularly for Jana Sena’s journey. The event was inaugurated by Govindamma, who courageously fought along with her infant child with police when they detained Pawan Kalyan at Novotel Hotel

The “Trishul Program,” structured around three core principles: Dharmam (righteousness), Shakti (strength), and Rahasya (secret/strategy).

“I will take the responsibility of shaping you into ethical leaders from the grassroots,” Pawan Kalyan told the gathering. “We will start the Trishul program after Dussehra, and I will spare four hours in my day for the party for this program.”

The Trishul Program will offer special party membership for dedicated workers, clear progression path from membership to constituency leadership, accidental death insurance coverage for membership leaders and focus on women’s leadership development through “Veera Mahilas” initiative.

Reflecting on Jana Sena’s journey since its inception in 2014, Pawan Kalyan highlighted the party’s growth from 150 founding members to 12 lakh members today. He particularly emphasized the party’s “100% strike rate” achievement in recent elections, with 21 MLAs and 2 MPs now representing the party.

“In India, we only the party who have achieved an achievement with a 100% strike rate he stated, crediting the success entirely to party workers and supporters.

Marking nearly 12 years since the party’s formation, Pawan Kalyan made emotional references to the personal sacrifices involved in his political journey. “In weighing responsibilities, I have forgotten my family – movies didn’t work out – no matter what happened, Jana sainikas and veera mahilas always stood with me,” he said.

“If you all stand with me, then one day Janasena will become a national party. It’s not easy if I alone think it will not happen – if we all stand with the mindset apart from position and money, with the aim of doing something for the nation, then this is possible.”
