TVS ILP Leases Vizag Space for Toyota Parts Hub

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (ILP) has leased more than 33,000 sq. ft. at its Visakhapatnam facility to Toyotsu Bharat Integrated Services (TBIS), a Toyota group company, strengthening the automaker’s operations in Andhra Pradesh.

The new Regional Parts Centre (RPC) was inaugurated recently in the presence of senior management from Japan and India. The facility is expected to support Toyota’s service network by improving parts availability and speeding up deliveries across Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.

The centre will enhance access to Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories and help meet evolving service requirements in the region. The initiative is also likely to generate local employment and support Visakhapatnam’s industrial growth plans.

Aditi Kumar, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP, said the partnership highlights the advantages of the company’s tech-enabled and well-connected infrastructure. She added that Visakhapatnam is emerging as a preferred destination for sectors ranging from e-commerce to FMCG, supported by a strong ecosystem and government incentives.

Prakash Nair, Director, TBIS, described South India as a key market with rising automobile demand. He said Visakhapatnam offers strategic value due to its port connectivity and its role as a cost-effective gateway to South and East India. According to him, the new centre reflects the company’s commitment to customer-focused service, and the decision to locate it at TVS ILP’s Vizag Park was guided by connectivity and scalability.
