Visakhapatnam readies for 30th CII Partnership Summit 2025

Visakhapatnam will host the 30th CII Partnership Summit 2025, bringing business leaders, policymakers, and investors from around the world. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is overseeing preparations to position Andhra Pradesh as a top investment destination.

The summit, organized by the Andhra Pradesh government and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), will take place at the Andhra University Engineering College grounds. The theme is Partners in Progress—India’s Roadmap to Viksit Bharat 2047. Over 100 foreign delegates are expected, and several high-value MoUs will be signed.

Chief Minister Naidu will meet companies in green energy, IT, electronics, automobiles, space, defense, and tourism. The summit will include roundtables, project launches, foundation stone-laying ceremonies, and thematic sessions.

Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the summit, and Union Minister Piyush Goyal will launch the Andhra Pradesh Pavilion. Sessions like Technology, Trust, and Trade and AI for Viksit Bharat will examine technology’s role in growth.

The government will sign an agreement with Singapore for direct flights to Vijayawada and lay foundation stones for projects by Lulu Mall, Raymond, Sri City, Indosole, and Google. The World Economic Forum will open its Centre for Frontier Technologies.

The summit aims to attract investments of up to ₹10 lakh crore, supporting large-scale industries. Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh held roadshows in Singapore, the UAE, and the UK to invite global industrialists and promote Visakhapatnam as a trade gateway.
