CREDAI Visakhapatnam releases brochure for 12th Property Expo
The Visakhapatnam chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) on Monday released the brochure for its 12th Property Expo, to be held from December 25 to 27 at the Gadiraju Palace and Convention Centre.
Releasing the brochure at a press conference here, the chapter’s office-bearers—Chairman V. Dharmender, President E. Ashok Kumar, Honorary Secretary V. Sreenu, Expo Convenor Nagireddy Srinivas Rao, and CREDAI AP President Bayana Srinivas Rao—outlined the plans for the flagship event.
Addressing the media, the organizers said the three-day exhibition would feature more than 80 stalls representing the real estate, construction, and allied industries. Builders, developers, construction firms, and building material suppliers wishing to participate can book stalls in six categories—Platinum, Premium Diamond, Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
“The expo assumes immense significance as Visakhapatnam continues to witness rapid urban expansion and heightened demand across key residential and commercial belts,” the organizers noted. “With growing infrastructure development and a steady inflow of IT and industrial investment driving the city’s real estate growth, the event comes as a timely intervention for buyers seeking transparent property evaluations in a fast-evolving market,” they added.
The event brings together different segments of the real estate and construction industry under one roof, enabling consumers to obtain information on properties and building materials directly from participating firms, the office-bearers said.
Lucky draws will be held every hour during the expo, with winners receiving one-gram gold coins, they added.
The platform will also help developers and industry representatives understand evolving consumer preferences while showcasing their latest projects, the office-bearers said. They appealed to homebuyers, investors, and members of the public to visit the expo and explore property and construction-related offerings at a single venue.
