IRCTC Launches Gujarat Air Tour from Visakhapatnam

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced a special air tour package, “Shrines of Gujarat with Statue of Unity,” offering travellers from Visakhapatnam an opportunity to visit some of Gujarat’s most revered pilgrimage destinations and iconic tourist attractions through direct air connectivity.

The nine-night, 10-day tour is scheduled to be conducted from August 14 to August 23, 2026. The itinerary covers Ahmedabad, the holy city of Dwarka, the renowned Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, the historic Somnath Temple, Gir National Park, and the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The package is priced at ₹75,040 for single occupancy, ₹57,280 per person on twin sharing, and ₹54,840 per person on triple sharing, making it suitable for solo travellers, couples, and families.

The tour package includes round-trip airfare between Visakhapatnam, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara; accommodation in air-conditioned hotels; nine breakfasts and nine dinners; all transfers and sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicles; travel insurance; and the services of an experienced IRCTC tour escort throughout the journey.

According to IRCTC, the package has been designed to provide a comfortable and hassle-free travel experience by combining visits to Gujarat’s prominent pilgrimage centres with some of its most celebrated tourist attractions.

Interested travellers can book the package by visiting the IRCTC Tourism Office at the main entrance of Visakhapatnam Railway Station or through the official IRCTC Tourism website, www.irctctourism.com. As seats are limited, bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
