Naidu to launch ReNew project in Anakapalli on April 23

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will visit Anakapalli district on April 23 to lay the foundation stone for ReNew Photovoltaics Private Limited at the Rambilli Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

Ahead of the visit, District Collector Vijaya Krishnan reviewed preparations with officials on Thursday and asked all departments to complete arrangements on time.

The public meeting will be held on a 10-acre site near Gajireddipalem in Rambilli mandal. Officials expect a large turnout. The Collector directed teams to speed up work on the main stage, VIP galleries, and other facilities.

She instructed Superintendent of Police Tuhin Sinha to make proper parking arrangements, manage traffic, and strengthen security. Around 15 acres have been set aside for public parking. CCTV cameras will be installed at the venue and nearby areas for continuous monitoring. Traffic movement at entry and exit points will also be regulated.

LED screens will be placed in parking areas for the convenience of visitors. Nearly 200 buses will be arranged for transport.

The Collector also asked officials to provide enough drinking water and distribute buttermilk due to the summer heat. The medical department has been told to set up health camps and keep ambulances ready.

Joint Collector Souryaman Patel was present at the review meeting.
